JUNE 30, 2020


The Board Meeting for Sunrise Homeowners Association was held on June 30, 2020.  Board members in attendance for the meeting were Kim, Dave, Tom, Woody and Britt.   Kat Betts, the representative from the Management Company was also in attendance. The meeting was held by Zoom Virtual Meeting due to COVID-19.


CALL TO ORDER:  The meeting was officially called to order at 6:04 pm.


MINUTES: The May meeting minutes were reviewed.  Motion by Dave to approve as written, seconded by Tom, all approved.

FINANCIALS:  June financials were reviewed.   Kat will follow up with Steffi on liens to make sure they are all still valid and do not need to be renewed at this time.   The board decided that anyone that owes more than $225 will be sent to the attorney to have a lien filed on their property.   Motion by Kim to accept the financials seconded by Dave, all approved.  


SRPINKLERS:  The system seems to be up and running, few adjustments that were made, but seems to be okay for now.    


EMAILS:  Everyone needs to make sure to keep an eye on their emails so we can make sure that answers for questions, approvals for ACR and invoices are moving along quickly.   There is still a glitch with the email for the board that Woody is going to look into and fix.


 BEAUTIFICATION: The 7 areas have been completed by Tree Shrubs and more, and they look great.  There is a plant or to that might be missing over by Tom’s entrance or possibly installed in the wrong place.   The trees at the entrances look good and have been trimmed.  Onto phase 2 of the project!

YOM: The yard of the month goes to 2616 Morrie Drive.  Kat will put the $40 credit on their account.

 Kat will also work with the insurance agent on the policy.  Are there items that can now be deleted since the HOA has been annexed by the City.   Kat will report to the Board when she gets those answers.


NEW BUSINESS: The yard sale and picnic are table at this time due to COVID-19
